Local information and useful advice for the residents of Holland Park and Holland Park Mews (W11)
Welcome to the Holland Park Residents’ Association

Welcome to the website of the Holland Park Residents’ Association – “HPRA” !

We cover the streets named Holland Park (the south part, comprising numbers 1 – 36 Holland Park; the north part, comprising numbers 37 – 78 Holland Park; the east part, comprising numbers 79 & 80 Holland Park; and the west part, made up of numbers 81 – 91 Holland Park); and numbers 1 – 67 Holland Park
Mews (which runs from east-west roughly in the middle of and parallel to the north and the south parts of Holland Park). The area includes a total of about 157 distinct properties and we estimate over 450 actual addresses. Our Association was established in 1997.

The HPRA represents the specific interests of residents within this area dealing with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea concerning, for example, preservation issues relating to this Grade 2 listed area, property development and planning applications, as well as transport, road and parking matters. We also work with relevant groups, such as the Safer Neighbourhood Team, on the safety and security of the area and from time to time liaise with other residents’ associations.

This web-site is intended to provide Holland Park residents with useful information on such areas as local shopping, libraries, schools and useful services. We also plan to try and keep residents abreast of civic and community information, forums and events on matters relating to policing, parking and
traffic issues.

Please feel free to contact us with any queries about membership or anything else.

Our purpose is to represent your concerns and issues and therefore we rely to a large extent on what you raise with us. Please therefore let us know what they are by using the contact details provided!
